Why meat product testing required?

  • The testing of meat and poultry products is done to get a complete report of the contaminants if present and the nutritional contents.
  • These reports are mandatory to be submitted with to regulatory bodies before the products get exported or imported.
  • Meat and poultry are great sources of protein
  • Most probable to high bacterial contamination of meat in decomposition could be accompanied by food-poisoning bacteria(pathogens), which have a deleterious impact on consumers’ health.
